How to Enter for the BookLife Prize
A step by step guide for BookLife members to enter their books in the BookLife Prize.

The BookLife Prize enters you for a chance to win a $5,000 grand prize, but every entry receives a brief assessment from a Publishers Weekly reviewer which provides you with feedback and promotional material for your book.  In order to enter your book, you must have a BookLife account.  (If you don't have a BookLife account, you can enter here.)  If you're a BookLife member, you can follow the detailed instructions below; or watch this video:

Begin with logging into your BookLife Profile. (If you've forgotten your password, it's easy to reset it.  Just click the "forgot password" link in the login window.)

Once logged in, choose the project you want to enter into the BookLife Prize.

On the project's landing page, you'll see three boxes towards the top with promotional opportunities.  Mouse over the button on the right which says, "Enter Your Book in a Contest." 

Mousing over it will reveal a larger box with details about the Prize--and a blue button that says "Win & Get an Assessment."  Click that button.

This leads to a form that asks you to provide some additional information about your book or manuscript and to attach an electronic copy of it. 

Complete this form and enter your payment information, and you're all set!  You'll receive an email confirming your entry.
