Services Directory Payment Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to payments made in conjunction with Featured and Enhanced BookLife Services Directory Listings.

Ongoing Listing

Your Featured or Enhanced Listing on BookLife’s Services Directory will continue in effect on a month-to-month basis unless and until you change your placement or the account or service is otherwise suspended or discontinued by you pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. BookLife will bill to you the monthly listing fee plus any applicable taxes via the payment method you provided to us during registration (or to a different payment method if you change your account information). You can make changes to your listing that may lead to you incurring additional charges or receiving refunds on a prorated basis as described below. Your listing will immediately reflect changes made in real time.  Featured listing placement is based on a first come, first served basis. Your placement is guaranteed until you change the category in which your listing appears or cancel your listing entirely. You can cancel your listing at any time by logging into your BookLife Services Directory Profile, accessing your Featured Listing details and changing the selection for each category to "No Enhancements."

Billing Cycle

The fee for your Featured or Enhanced Listing on BookLife’s Services Directory will be billed each month on the calendar day corresponding to the date on which your first payment was processed and will continue unless and until you end your placement. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing, in particular, as indicated below, if your payment method has not successfully settled. In the event that your paid listing began on a day not contained in a given month, we may bill your payment method on a similar day in the applicable month or such other day as we deem appropriate. For example, if you made your initial Listing placement on January 31st, your next payment date is likely to be February 28th, and your Payment Method would be billed on that date. Your payment date may change due to changes in your listing. 

Separate billing cycles will exist for BookLife Services Directory Featured Listings and BookLife Services Directory Enhanced Listings, and each will appear as a separate charge on your credit card statement.

Each month's billing date denotes the start and end date of your month's BookLife Services Directory listing; any changes that you make to your listing between billing dates that will trigger a change in your amount billed, such as the addition or subtraction of category listings, will be prorated based on the number of days remaining until your next billing cycle begins for that service.  When the next billing cycle begins, you will be charged the full amount due based on the changes made during the previous billing cycle. IF YOU PROVIDE BOOKLIFE WITH YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD, YOU AUTHORIZE BOOKLIFE TO USE SUCH PAYMENT INFORMATION TO AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOU ON A RECURRING BASIS TO COLLECT ALL FEES DUE HEREUNDER. YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU, OR THE ORGANIZATION WITH WHICH YOU ARE AFFILIATED, ARE AUTHORIZED TO INCUR CHARGES AGAINST THE PAYMENT CARD USED TO PURCHASE BOOKLIFE LISTINGS.

Refund Policy

Charges for Featured and Enhanced listings on BookLife’s Services Directory are based on the number of categories where the listing(s) will appear; any reduction in the number of categories, including the complete cancellation of all listings, will result in a pro-rated refund based on the number of days remaining in your current billing cycle.  The charge incurred in the following billing cycle will reflect changes made in the current billing cycle.  BookLife’s Services Directory Featured and Enhanced Listings are removed immediately upon their cancellation.  Cancellation of a Featured Listing will result in forfeiture of the featured listing's placement.
