I assist authors and publishers in identifying and eliminating the risk of accidental copyright infringement in their works. The process starts with a preliminary assessment of the copyright status of content created by others. This often is followed with recommendations of ways to reduce or eliminate the amount of content for which permission may be required for its intended use. Lastly, rights are sought and acquired on behalf of the author/publisher as needed.
