Angela Ciccolo grew up in the Midwest, and graduated from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and Georgetown Law in Washington, DC. After practicing law as a trial attorney in the nation’s capital, Angela moved into the nonprofit sector. There, she served as the first female general counsel for the oldest and largest US civil rights association. She now works as the chief legal officer for the world's largest nonprofit organization supporting athletes with intellectual disabilities. An award winning attorney, she is a frequent lecturer on social justice, inclusion and non-profits issues.
Angela and her husband Chris, live in Loudoun County, Virginia, and have three grown children—Chris, Nick, and Danielle.
