Bill was born in St. Louis, Mo., but moved to Miami as a child and then to Costa Rica, where he spent his teen years. He then returned to the US for college at Loyola New Orleans and UCLA, where he received an MFA. Since that time, Bill has worked mostly in News and documentary films - much of which was performed working in Central and South America. This is his first novel.
