Catherine (Clemens) Sevenau, author of Passages from Behind Thes Doors: A Family Memoir, is an opener of doors, teller of tales, and family scribe. Twenty passages from her memoir are available in paperback, eBook, and audio. Her kaleidoscope of honest, funny, and tender stories reveal the crack in our hearts; they are tales about sin and prayer, about good intentions and unattended sorrows, and about finding our way back home. A writer, dancer, or worker bee, depending on the hour, she is skilled in the art of real estate, running a business, and knowing who she is. A resident of Sonoma, California, since the early 1970s, Catherine raised her two sons in this town that she loves. She spends most Fridays with her young grandchildren, discussing whatever pops into their pea-pickin’ heads. The rest of the time she spends working, writing, wishing for a piece of good, dark chocolate, and trying to find her way in this weird and wacky world.
