My name is Emily DeYoung. I'm a 23 year-old writer and poet from Michigan. I am currently pursuing a journalism degree at the University of Michigan. It is my first year studying since I decided to travel for five years after graduating high school. During those travels, I wrote two full-length poetry manuscripts.
