E. Vince is a frustrated artist who fancies himself an author. Frustrated because he spent over forty years of his professional life as a microelectronic scientist / engineer working world-wide for some of the largest names in the business on entry-level to supercomputer-level systems. E. Vince holds approximately 170 U.S. patents, which may be nice, but that doesn’t make him an author.
E. Vince is of mixed-race descent—Black and White, when mixed-race wasn’t cool (thanks mom, thanks dad). He experienced physical violence and other forms of racial abuse during his school years. He is a recent widower who experienced severe traumatic stress upon the death of his beloved wife, after an eleven-year battle with cancer. And E. Vince is also a Christian. These life experiences, viz. restoration from pain and suffering, may however, qualify E. Vince as a fiction author; we’ll see.
E. Vince is a veteran of the U. S. Navy, who served as a Hospital corpsman (a Medic) during the Viet Nam era (he did not serve in Nam). E. Vince is a Colson Fellow.
