Born in 1974 in Big Bear Lake, California, Lisa M. McDougald is an author whose work taps into her Scottish Canadian family history and the San Bernardino mountains surrounding her childhood home. A descendant of survivors on board the RMS Titanic, Lisa’s articles on the subject have appeared in the Titanic Historical Society’s The Commutator.
Lisa holds a BFA in visual communications with a minor in writing from Oregon State University. She manages a blog, SoloGenXWarriors.com, which combines research, commentary, personal stories, and poetry that speaks to Generation X.
