Louis Vincent Cesarini is an inspirational speaker, an advocate for lung cancer patients, a writer, and a French horn player. Having spent his career in oncology sales and marketing, Louis began writing about his cancer survival journey after being diagnosed with stage 4, non–small cell lung cancer. Survival Symphony chronicles his daily choice to live in the solution, drawing on his extensive oncology knowledge and finding inspiration in his marriage and his love of playing the music of Beethoven.
Undaunted by cancer, even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, his unprecedented memoir gives rise to courage and pure joy for life. Louis holds a bachelor of music in French Horn Performance from George Mason University and is a four-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He grew up in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and currently lives in the greater Philadelphia area with his husband, Scott. Survival Symphony is his first book.
