Deep down and from an early age, I had an insatiable, deep curiosity of what we are a part of, and determination to put the puzzle together. Thus, I dedicated much of my life to focusing on an exploration of Divine knowledge and wisdom, seeking tangible information and tools. All the while, I have been like a diligent student taking notes, and as of writing this, organizing pertinent information to this end.​

My knowledge has been gained from a lifetime of internal and external training and explorations, as I had my training in internal and external arts start around age three, as my father was my first martial arts instructor. He was training in internal and external arts himself and passing the gems to me. Through my training, I found that I enjoyed passing on the arts, and I have been doing so throughout my adult life which has led to a notable achievement of being inducted into the US Martial Arts Hall of Fame, as teacher of the year in 2014.​

The journey was a roller coaster ride of ups and downs, until frankly, I got tired of my own shit, and really dived into paths of liberation.

Through this, I gained a deeper understanding, some of which is written in the pages of these books that I now share with you. This series of books is a compilation of my life’s work of notes and wisdom that I have written down from my studies and practices, a personal guidebook of my journey to reach enlightenment.

Enlightenment in this life has been my life’s ultimate chosen goal since childhood. The thing about that was that what I thought then was ‘enlightened’, I find now is just things that the human body was designed for. And I found that many of the truths are stranger than fiction. Frankly, mind-boggling!
