Micah grew up in California, where he got started writing at a young age. He has worn many hats throughout his career, including that of a ranch hand, lab assistant, cartoonist, marketing intern, and South Korean English teacher, but never stopped working on his stories. He now lives in western Washington with his fiancee, Mamounata.
