Born June 9th, 1982 in Atlanta, GA. Moved to Detroit, MI at the age of 7, where he spent his formal years.  Attended the University of Michigan- Ann Arbor, where he graduated in 2004, with a Bachelor of Arts. Phoenix spent most of his 20s working the in fitness industry before he decided to put his writing talents to good use. 2015 will mark his debut novel, Prince: Legacy of Darkness. Two more novels will follow Legacy of Darkness to complete the Prince Trilogy. Phoenix lives in Miramar, FL with his wife and daughters.
