Richard A. Blumenthal, MS holds a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Long Island University. His work has touched the lives of thousands as a professional counselor in schools and mental health settings, as an author, a speaker, and on the Internet. Richard is the originator of Rational Suggestion Therapy (RST) as introduced in the journal Medical Hypnoanalysis, where he outlined a mode of therapeutic counseling, incorporating custom hypnosis into a treatment strategy. He is also the inventor of Hypnosoft, a computer hypnosis method for which he was granted a United States Patent.
