After a rewarding career in health care, Roberta R. Carr became a full-time writer. She has published three novels: The Vernazza Effect, The Foundation, and The Bennett Women. She co-wrote The 8th Field Hospital with her husband, which explores his experience as a physician in the Vietnam War. She also co-wrote the children’s book Vanessa’s Rotten Day with her ten-year-old granddaughter.
She lives in Novato, California with her husband, Andy. When not penning a story, she’s traveling, reading, hiking, drinking chai tea, or visiting friends.
