Trish Dulka was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI. As a young girl, she developed a love for horses. As an older girl, she developed a love for romantic stories. Chances Are is her first novel. When not reading, watching movies, listening to music, or helping on her sister's farm, you'll find her working her day job in music publishing and hanging out with her husband, two kids, and their Westie named Willoughby.
