It is October 1969. Private Perry Morrocco is arrested and charged with mrdering his drill sergeant on an Army base in Georgia. Morrocco insists that he wants to be represented at his court martial by another basic trainee, Frank Grabowski.Grabowski is a recent law school graduate with no trial experience..
