Duke travels to Galway Ireland to track down the missing brother of a local Gangster. When his guide is suddenly killed, he is left alone to investigate as the case draws him into Galway’s seedy underworld. The murder of a Chief Constable and the appearance of an old flame complicate matters, as Duke faces off with a secret organization operating within the City of Galway.
