When the fragile, ever rolling economy of a subterranean accelerated capitalist information corporation begins to flag, or when things don’t work out for the many intracorporations with said company in terms of finances, the Department of Economy & Supply steps in to solve the problem via the Behavior Specialist subsector. The Behavior Specialists consist of contracted crews of assassins, hackers, tech wizards, spies, rogue engineers, and managers who manipulate the flow of commerce to the proper pockets by any means necessary… as long as the pay’s good. And within this scene of Behavior Specialist (or BS) groups there exists a healthy competition for contracts, reputation, and fame… though ultimately, the corporation wins. During another cycle, the two biggest groups—the famed Surf Squadron and their rivals, Trystero’s Horn—go at it in yet another attempt at one upping the others while a dependable, if unmotivated, group of slackers and misfits named the Yucatan Dustpan struggles to keep the basic minimum up… Meanwhile, two new forces threaten to shake things up: A new able group called Death Pro arrives to make a name for themselves, and a mysterious new media company led by a vengeful woman begins pulling strings behind the scenes…
