Michael R D James, author
A History of Philosophical Psychology prior to and after the divorce of Psychology as a Science from the discipline of Philosophy. Unfortunately, the foundation of Aristotle's hylomorphism did not prevail because of the Latinisation of the Greek language. Kant's Philosophy attempted to correct this situation but was overshadowed by Hegel's Spiritualism and Marx's dialectical materialism. Psychology detached itself from Philosophy in this environment.
