AM Jaxon grew up in Tolga, smalltown Far North Queensland, Australia in 1970s-80s Australia. Travelling on her own, she studied pharmacy in Brisbane, using this medical background to work around the world.
From her home in Perth, Western Australia, A.M. writes about resilient women who endure all that life can throw at them. Her stories highlight the complex, uplifting, and dangerous aspects of human nature in all its glorious frailties.
She received a PhD in Business in 2010 from UWA. After working for several years, she now writes romantic suspense. She lives with her organised husband and wily Westy, while her daughters have flown the coop to have their own adventures.
A.M. has not won any writing awards because she hasn’t entered any competitions, yet. Her first self-published book, Madly, from the Too Much Romance Trilogy, has a Goodreads 3.98/5 rating.
When not writing, she coaches hockey. She’s coached at an Australian representative level and is a mad sports fan. A.M. Jaxon’s never met a rum she didn’t like, dislikes coffee, and has an eclectic taste in music. In general, she enjoys a laugh with friends over a decent meal while watching the sunset over the ocean.
