Horace Edward Henderson grew up at Williamsburg, Virginia, studied at William and Mary and Yale University, served from Private to Captain from Omaha Beach to Berlin in World War II and has held numerous public, political and governmental positions. He currently resides in California and serves as Chairman of the World Peace Treaty Campaign (www.worldpeacetreaty.org) and he is the author of The Scots of Virginia - America’s Greatest Patriots and recently edited The Final Word - Quotations on War and Peace to be published soon.
