Jennifer Vandever grew up in Portland, Oregon and attended the University of Washington. She received her MFA in Film from Columbia University. She is the Cowriter and Associate Producer of JUST ONE TIME, an independent film that premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. She is the author of the novel, THE BRONTE PROJECT, published by Random House (US) and Simon & Schuster (UK) and translated into Spanish, Italian, and Polish. Her screenplay DO RIGHT MAN won first place for comedy in the PAGE International Screenwriting Competition. Her work has appeared in First City, Redbook, The Village Voice, and The New York Times. She teaches courses in Screenwriting, Screwball & Romantic Comedy, and Women in Film for Emerson College's Los Angeles program. She divides her time between Portland and Los Angeles where she lives with her husband Mike Brosnan.
