JODIE RENNER, a former teacher and teacher-librarian with a master’s degree, is a sought-after fiction editor, frequent contest judge for short stories, blogger with advice for aspiring authors, and award-winning author of three craft of writing guides, Captivate Your Readers, Fire up Your Fiction, and Writing a Killer Thriller. She has also published two handy, clickable e-resources for writers, editors, and students: Quick Clicks: Spelling List and Quick Clicks: Word Usage.
Recently, Jodie has been busy organizing and editing two high-quality anthologies for charity. Voices from the Valleys – Stories & Poems about Life in BC’s Interior was published in November 2015, with all net proceeds to Doctors Without Borders Canada; and Childhood Regained – Stories of Hope for Asian Child Workers, with all net proceeds to a respected charity, will be released on May 10, 2016.
