Judith is a naturalized American citizen and was born and raised in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. In her youth, to escape the harsh reality of life, she created an imaginary world filled with characters from books and movies. Once she entered her imaginary world, she found it quite difficult to leave because she could be anyone, at any time, and in any place regardless of what was going in her life.
An early morning walker, Judith also finds her strength in quiet time meditating late at night. She is married and has two energetic young boys. She is a resident of Norfolk County, Massachusetts, where she was inspired to write her first children’s picture book. She loves to read, cook, and spend time with her family. She also loves to write short stories and travel to explore new philosophies and meet new people. She enjoys playing basketball, the violin, and listening to classical music. She deeply admires the simplicity of being away from the reality of life and being herself.
Judith spent many years of her career in public service through private, state, and federal agencies as a positive contribution to promote a safe society. She is a strong, loving, and caring individual with a great love for children. The goal of her Picture Book Series is to channel children’s minds in a positive direction through the power of their imaginations regardless of their current lifestyle or environment.
Judith is a motivational-inspirational speaker and a committed advocate against Child Abuse. She is a graduate of Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Government with a concentration in Politics, Laws and Courts, and a minor in Sociology. She also attended Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and was awarded a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and Leadership with a concentration in Community and Family Justice
