Julia Barnard has been a vegetarian since 1995. She has written two cookbooks: Vegetarian Tapas and Vegan Tapas. Her aim is to make vegetarian food and cooking accessible to everyone. As a qualified counsellor she also runs the wellbeing and happiness website http://makethechange.com.au. She has written hundreds of articles on mental health and wellbeing and is the author of four happiness books as well as a guide to online counselling. Julia Barnard was born in the UK but has been living in Adelaide, Australia since 2003. She lives with her husband and two cats.
