I am the author of over 40 books, most of them picture books for children. A number of my books are published in over 20 languages around the world, including Swedish, Chinese, Indonesian, and Russian. I love writing for children, from the first moment of inspiration, to the writing, revisions, and final publication. The best part about being a writer of children's books is hearing from a child or parent for whom my book has brought a message of joy, or hope.
