He holds an Associate Degree in Mass Communications from the Barbados Community College and the Certificate in Motion Picture Arts from The University of The West Indies, Cave Hill.
He has worked in the Barbadian film industry with credits as a screenwriter, director, and producer. His debut short film, Suspicion, won the Audience Favourite Award at the 2009 Bridgetown Film Festival, and was the recipient of the Best Actress Award at the Kingdom Arts Film Festival also in the same year.
He aims to tell stories that are universally engaging, and entertaining while bringing recognition of Barbados and its culture to worldwide audiences.
He enjoys reading fiction in general (Jim Butcher's Dresden Files series is a favourite) and comics in particular, as well as watching the cinematic works of Christopher Nolan, JJ Abrams and Alfred Hitchcock.
Marc can often be found entertaining himself with various computer games such as the Action Role Playing Games Dragon Age: Origins or Diablo 3, as well as Real Time Strategy favourites such as Starcraft 2 and Company of Heroes, and XCOM.
Bridgeland: Vol.1 and its sequel, Bridgeland: Vol. 2 are his début graphic novel series, with plans well underway for a third graphic novel, Tangled Web.
