I have nearly ten years of experience as a licensed mental health therapist, a perspective that closely informs my writing. I work hard but am always looking for new adventures (think skydiving, working in prisons, riding motorcycles and traveling the world whenever I can). My fascination with human behavior led to my career as a therapist, and I bring that same spirit to my endeavors as an author. I hope that my books can serve as an extension of my daily work, inviting readers to look within and directly tackle the adversities limiting them.
