Meg Fish has been cooking delicious meals and treats for her family for 65 years. When it was discovered that her son had serious gluten and dairy allergies, she became interested in gluten free and dairy free cooking and baking. This led to a compilation of simple recipes that he could enjoy. As anyone who has food sensitivities or allergies knows, it can be challenging to find tasty things to eat! Meg wanted to share her creations with others whose diets are limited by gluten and/or dairy sensitivities. To that end, she had organized them into this user friendly recipe book. Meg is a new author in her late eighties, always learning and adapting to new experiences. Besides cooking, Meg also enjoys sewing, crocheting, scrapbooking, genealogy and jewelry making. She currently resides in Texas with her husband.
