Vicki Hartman is the daughter of a World War II Infantry Signaller. She is a Resource Teacher, WWII biographer and lives with her husband on a Christmas Tree farm in rural Ontario, Canada. As a child Vicki was fascinated by "the war" and its impact on her family. Today, she continues to research the effects of war trauma on children and families.
