I absolutely loved this book. I rarely pick up books like this but it came recommended through a friend and I found it to be an addictive and satisfying read. It deals with the notion of happiness, what is it? What are the barriers? Then it addresses work-life balance, productivity and achievement among so many other topics. I really loved the open and honest dialogue the two authors had with me as a readers. This was not a book that read like a dry science text-book. It rather felt like two old friends discussing a sort of philosophical situation of what is happiness and how do we find it? They provided simple but useful tools and spot on advice that I couldn't believe I hadn't considered on my own. I think that's what I really love most about this book. It was an incredibly easy read (which is a great thing) while also and most importantly, was a truthful and informative read. I finished the last page feeling like I'd achieved something important by simply reading the book and thinking deeply over the topics and I feel more empowered than I ever have about my life.
