What an amazing roadmap to a simplistic way of approaching life's journey. Although the author references this book as a guide for the youth, I found as an adult, clear concepts to live by that has added value to the way I live each day. I love how Dean ties his personal childhood and adult experiences to words that give life to a practical approach of being centered and grounded in faith and spirituality. His vulnerability comes across as he shares his story of his fathers struggles with depression and his admitted frailties as a man. I would highly recommend this book for youth to read as they search for answers or advice to aid in their development or are simply inquisitive about a fathers perspective of life, love, marriage, faith, career development, dating, friends and much more.
