This first collection of poems experiments with mnemonic devices; it explores moments when language recalls memory and vice-versa. These poems also explore when those moments fail. The last trio "The Wreck of Kursk" repositions that historical event within a poetic frame. The three poems were originally written from music composed by Michael Weilacher.
