Can You Hear Us Now?
Joanne Veeck, author
From school experiences and observations, Can You Hear Us Now? is written and illustrated by children and proposes to help their peers learn how to find success in school and thereafter. After all, happiness is education, and the mental health of our youth should be an educational priority. When children go to school emotionally balanced and happy, they will discover the joy of learning and perform at their best. My hope is that the reader doesn't just gloss over the text, but treats it more like a workbook, so that he/she can reflect and then take action. The profound messages and ideas from these young authors will: 1) help raise more awareness into the cause and effect of bullying, and 2) promote personal development by establishing new behaviors that will enhance the quality of life.
