Joe and Denise Cole are an average couple enjoying life until Denise is diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. While Joe is seeking to achieve his goals in life, he must devote more and more of his time to caring for his spouse. Joe develops an app called DreamCatcher intended to detect dream sharing. Meanwhile, their life's journey presents them with greater obstacles to overcome. Joe lives out one of his lifelong dreams of pedaling across the U.P. of Michigan. As Denise's health deteriorates, Joe feels a greater sense of being lost and alone with unfulfilled aspirations until he learns a valuable lesson about catching some dreams and letting others go.
