Yes! This author totally gets it! When we "live from our core being" we can find the peace and happiness that everyone craves in life. This is a great roadmap and a tool I plan to recommend to many clients. Practical solutions here. Great read!
Well I am giving this book 5 stars;
First, I finished it, I am not the best at finishing self-help books
Second, the book is well written and worth it.
Third, I actually learned something useful in this book.
I really think this is a really good Self Help book, I think I will reread it just to make sure I didn't miss anything, but this was really helpful and I am glad I was able to read it.
The biggest thing I took from this book was denial, yes denial, and the author Paul Colaianni talks about this, and it has given me something to think about. No affirmations but just point blank what to think and how to overcome something. Even thought I cant get over what makes me sad, I can learn to deal with it and try to stop denying myself happiness.
Great book to read, I highly recommend it.
Outstanding roadmap to happiness. I love Paul's transparency and authenticity. This is a great ebook that gives definition to happiness and guidance for a your journey to find it. If you have not... you MUST listen to his podcast too. The Overwhelmed Brain Podcast is awesome!
A great book for people who think for themselves. So many wonderful stories, tips, advice and inspiration for living your life to the fullest, with happiness and joy!
Paul is amazing human being and has an amazing mind to get to the core of it all. What he says about accepting your fears and negative emotions has truly changed my life. I use to be such a logical person and I tried to use logic to feel more at peace but its through gaining a stronger connection with my fears and emotions did I gain the peace I've been looking for all this time. Thanks again Paul!
I had no idea that this book would resonate so much with me. I don't think I fully understood the title when I purchased it but as I got into the middle of it, it became clear that clearing away the (metaphorical) clutter can lead you to happiness. I really enjoyed the examples used and stories from the author's life. It was one of those books that just makes sense when you read it and was worth the time to do so! I gave it five stars based on useful content per page (it's not very long) and you can't go more than a couple pages without being able to relate something to your only life.
