Though not completely sure of Sky, the sisters decide to help him go back to Heaven and find his heart. While there Jasmine, Sky, and Jade learn that things are in an uproar in Heaven and the black angels are taking control. But things on Earth are not any better. Julie has turned to the darkness and is key to the completion a ritual for the demons to gain power.
Oh My Goodness! Where to even begin?? We learn more about Sky and they essentially walk into a huge battle for control of Heaven. Thankfully Jade gets some guidance about the past, present, and future. But she can only really affect one of those things so she has to pick her battles and hope the rest works out. And Julie, my heart broke for her.
This series just keeps getting better and better. The sisters learn that there is more to their family and some kids learn that their parents were not dead like they were told. I just love how this family keeps expanding as the war keeps getting bigger and worse.
This is an amazing series that you have to check out. Although you could read Crossroads as a standalone I recommend reading the whole series. I will warn you the ending will leave you speechless. I just have to know what happens next and now I have to wait for the book. ARGH!!!
