Dead Low Tide, a cozy, is the second in a series set in Provincetown MA in 1938. Police Chief James Crowley is called to a beach in the east end of town where a body has washed up. The mystery leads the Chief to finding a nest of Nazi sympathizers, smugglers, and a murderer. Crowley opens his heart to love and learns that sometimes justice needs to be tempered with mercy.
