Do It Now Anytime, Anywhere

Adult; Other Nonfiction; (Market)

Get ready for a life-changing experience! Are you sick and tired of feeling alone, lonely, depressed, not good enough, guilty, not having a purpose in life and searching, or seeking fulfillment in people, places or things? Or do you appear to have it all together, with lots of friends, family, and living life large, but there is a void or emptiness that haunts you? Do It Now: Anytime, Anywhere was written just for you. You will find inner peace, acceptance and true love that will not be a result of who you are, what you are, or what you have done, but simply because of whose you are. Rather than being enslaved by circumstances, you’ll be set free with God’s love. Jesus is knocking at the door of your heart. So, what are you waiting for? Open the door and let him in. DO IT NOW.

Do It Now: Anytime, Anywhere offers non-believers and new believers a basic truth, God loves you despite what you have done. The author uses her experience as a licensed clinical addictions specialist to Biblically address questions her patients have posed as their reason to not seek God. Responding to the question, Grooms seeks to give a simple, direct answer to each one. God loves you. God forgives you. God wants a relationship with you where you are and right now. Then she adds, “We need to seek God daily for mental, emotional, and physical strength to face and cope with all that real life presents.” Scripture is provided to assist the reader in developing a sense of dependency on their heavenly Father rather than follow cultural mores. Journal pages with scriptural headings give the reader an added opportunity to express their feelings and begin to see the power of genuine faith. Having worked with abused children and women, I feel this book is a valuable resource, simple and well-developed, to help those searching for a life beyond feeling unworthy, unloved, and unforgiven. It’s a book of hope for the hopeless.
