The Doctor uses alcohol and drugs to deal with the fact that even though he is the top cosmetic surgeon in almost the entire country, he cannot look at faces of conscious people. Even when they’re unconscious and he’s operating on them, he can barely see the whole face. Just the part he’s working on. He loves his nonexistence and is willing to disappear into the passing years and fade out. His personal visitor is changing things in him and he is strangely braver and almost starts looking at people properly again. He’s scared he might find happiness again. But events at the discreet clinic cause leaks of celebrities and ministers identities who raise havoc with the management. The management needs answers and his search for them forces him across 3 continents and miles into his own mind and his personal visitors moral intentions.
