A French woman has an affair with a young American priest which leads to twin sons given up for adoption without the priest ever knowing about it until thirty-five years later. The woman picks up her life, meets and weds an Arabian prince, but is tormented at finding he sons she gave up long ago. It seems they may be eligible to succeed her husband in the royal family and enemies of the crown attempt to eliminate them from ever ascending to the throne. But first the sons must be found and protected. With the help from the FBI, the CIA, and an aging mercenary, the priest and his one-time lover do everything possible to locate and protect the sons.
