Oh my! Janae Mitchell has outdone herself with this one. For Eternity is her best book yet. Be warned this one is a real tear jerker. It is such an emotional read that I found myself crying from sadness and joy. I am never disappointed when I read one of Janae’s books. She writes with such passion that it seems like she adds a bit of herself into each of her stories. I was quickly drawn into her world with Malyn and Beau. It is like seeing cherished friends that I have missed since the last book. I find myself just falling in love with her characters. I just love watching them grow and evolve. We even get to peer into the future in the epilogue. I was so glad to be able to find out what happens in some the characters lives. It is sad that it is over, but it came together in such a way that I am left feeling fulfilled and happy. I can’t wait to read the spin-off Feels Like Rain.
Malyn is having to deal with life without Beau. She is fighting herself to keep her promise to him, to live her life without him. Jace has changed since his almost drowning and struggles to regains his lost memories. The one thing that hasn’t changed is his feeling for Malyn. Beau is sinking further into the darkness that surrounds him while being preyed upon by his captor and longing for Malyn. He is forced to do things that may be his undoing. But something is coming. One person’s decision will decide it all. When the choice is made it will either save them or send them all into darkness.
LOVED the story of Malyn and Beau. Janea Mitchell brought the characters to life in an amazing series. I loved how she told each characters perception. Janea did a wonderful job on her first series. I hope to read many more of her stories.
