Travis is stuck behind the desk after he was shot and he's miserable. His mood isn't much better at home either as his evolving relationship with Val continues. He is drifting closer to beautiful co-worker, Lauren, and risks making a huge mistake while trying to solve another big case. Lana is out of the medical facility and has nowhere to go and no one to turn to, so she begins dancing to support herself. She meets a slick-talking businessman who showers her with the finer things in life, but she soon discovers all that glitter isn't gold. Travis must try to help Lana before their past catches up with them.
