29-year-old Lee feels like a kid in the world's biggest playground: New York City! She's an auto mechanic who routinely juggles boyfriends and can see her guardian angel, a wisecracker with a hopeless addiction to the Rumours Album. She also has a teensie problem telling the truth: she can't bear to tell anyone about her job even though she loves it. The lies keep romance at bay, but when she finally falls for a gourmet chef who's just as adventurous as she is (who knew sea cucumber wasn't a vegetable?) he thinks she's someone she's not.
