The reader is pulled into Dr. Nancy Glacieux's life from the first word, and travels beside her through her journey. Despite the number of challenges she faces, Nancy continues to persevere, even when faced with some horrible truths and the threat of the loss of what she holds dear. Her sacrifices carry so much weight and you find yourself turning page after page with anticipation to find out how it will all work out.
Wonderful read with believable characters, who are sympathetic and genuinely good. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to read a compelling and character driven story.
