Tom Jordan and Alex Sanders meet for the first time, preparing for a flight from Houston to Paris, and things are going quite nicely. Sparks immediately kindle in this new relationship. Shortly into the trip a number of situations occur, spelling disaster for their aircraft and passengers. Their only hope of survival lies in the hands of a small Maine volunteer fire department and the spirit of tom's late best friend.. Together they hold the lives of the passengers and the future of Tom and Alex's dreams of being together forever in their hands.
