My book is a Book for Teens that focus on Self Help. The information in my self help book help guide the teens when faced with situations during their developmental stage in Life. My book is also a workbook so the teen can answer questions related to each chapter also there is a journal added in the last pages . The focus for “Life Skillz with a Z for Zealous” is to write a series because we all know that teenagers lives can be like a series of situations.
