Volume II of Marine Corps Heroes contains the citations for all awards of the Navy Cross to U.S. Marines from 1915 (the earliest award) through World War II. Citations often include biographical notes, as well has additional information on the individual recipients. Photographs of many recipients are included with their citation. This book is part of a 9-volume set that comprises the largest and most comprehensive collection of Marine Corps heroes ever published.
