Volume IX is the last volume in the "Marine Corps Heroes" set of award citations to U.S. Marines. This volume includes citations for awards to U.S. Marines in Vietnam with last names M through Z, as well as the citations for awards to present including the Gulf War (1991) and the War on Terrorism. Appendixes include enumeration of awards by rank and unit, and a list of recipients by home State and Town.
